1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information handled by MB Airworks LLC ("MB Airworks," "we," "us," or "our") through mbairworks.com and MB Airworks TimeShare, as well as information you provide when contacting us about aircraft rental, a Discovery Flight, training with an independent flight instructor, or related services.
MB Airworks TimeShare is an optional flight-sharing notification service for eligible registered pilots. It is separate from the purchase of aircraft rental services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us and information generated through your use of the services, including:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, mobile telephone number, and preferred contact details.
- Aircraft rental and flight-training inquiry information, including the service you are interested in, scheduling preferences, experience or goals you choose to describe, and the contents of your message.
- TimeShare member information, including account or authentication information, pilot-related information you provide, flight proposals, expressions of interest, match activity, updates, cancellations, and expiration notices.
- Communications, including emails, SMS messages, support requests, and records of our responses.
- SMS consent records, including the mobile number enrolled, the date, time, and method of consent, and records of opt-out or help requests.
We ask you not to provide information that is not reasonably needed for your inquiry or use of the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to aircraft rental, Discovery Flight, and flight-training inquiries.
- Operate, support, and secure the MB Airworks website and TimeShare service.
- Administer TimeShare membership, flight-sharing opportunities, expressions of interest, pilot matches, proposal updates, cancellations, and expiration notices.
- Send email or SMS communications that you request or affirmatively agree to receive.
- Maintain records of SMS consent, help requests, and opt-outs.
- Prevent misuse, troubleshoot service issues, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
4. Pilot-to-pilot sharing
TimeShare may help eligible pilots connect regarding a flight-sharing opportunity. We do not disclose your contact details to another pilot merely because you create an account, receive a notification, or express interest.
Your pilot contact details are shared with another pilot only after you give explicit permission for that sharing. Your permission to receive TimeShare notifications is not permission to disclose your contact details to other pilots.
5. SMS privacy and consent
Enrollment in MB Airworks TimeShare SMS notifications is optional and requires an affirmative choice. We do not treat an existing customer, website visitor, TimeShare member, or person who provides a telephone number for another purpose as automatically enrolled in SMS notifications.
SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to provide and support the communications you requested, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet legal or carrier requirements.

6. Service providers and other disclosures
We use service providers to support functions such as website and application hosting, account authentication, email delivery, and SMS communications. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to perform the services we request, protect the service, or comply with law. They are not authorized by us to use SMS opt-in information or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect the rights and safety of MB Airworks or others, or investigate misuse. Any such disclosure does not include transferring SMS consent for another party's marketing.
7. Data retention and protection
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the requested service, maintain business and compliance records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to document and honor your communication preferences.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

- SMS: Reply STOP to unsubscribe from MB Airworks TimeShare text messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Email and account information: Contact us to ask about correcting or updating information you provided, or to make a privacy request.
- Pilot contact sharing: You may decline to give permission to share your contact details with another pilot.
We may need to retain certain information when required by law, for security, or to document and honor an opt-out request.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above.
