1. Program description and sender
MB Airworks LLC is the sender of MB Airworks TimeShare SMS messages. TimeShare is an optional flight-sharing notification service for eligible registered pilots.
The service is intended to help registered pilots receive and respond to flight-sharing activity. Participation in TimeShare or receipt of a notification does not guarantee that a flight, match, aircraft, pilot, or opportunity will be available.
2. Optional, affirmative enrollment
You enroll in TimeShare SMS notifications only by affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox presented in the TimeShare portal and submitting the mobile number associated with your enrollment. The checkbox is a separate choice and is not selected for you.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase aircraft rental services from MB Airworks. Providing a mobile number for another purpose does not automatically enroll you in TimeShare texts.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and agree to receive TimeShare messages at that number. Your consent applies to MB Airworks TimeShare messages from MB Airworks LLC; it is not consent for another business or affiliate to send you marketing messages.
3. Messages you may receive
TimeShare SMS messages may include:
- New flight-sharing opportunities.
- Expressions of interest from participating pilots.
- Confirmed pilot matches.
- Flight proposal updates.
- Cancellations and expiration notices.
TimeShare SMS messages are service notifications. They are not emergency communications, operational flight instructions, or a substitute for direct confirmation and appropriate preflight planning.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on TimeShare activity and your participation. You may receive multiple messages when an opportunity is created, updated, matched, cancelled, or expires, and no messages when there is no relevant activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's terms and charges apply to messages sent and received.
5. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request was processed. You will not receive additional TimeShare SMS messages unless you affirmatively enroll again.

Opting out of TimeShare SMS does not cancel aircraft reservations, rental arrangements, or other services. You remain responsible for using the appropriate channel to change or cancel those services.
6. Delivery and availability
Mobile carriers and messaging networks are not controlled by MB Airworks. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered because of carrier, device, network, or service conditions. Supported carriers may change. Keep your mobile number current and contact us if the number is reassigned or no longer belongs to you.
7. Privacy
We use your mobile number, consent record, message activity, and opt-out record to provide and support TimeShare communications and meet applicable compliance obligations.
SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions as the TimeShare service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the date above. If a change requires new consent, we will request it before sending messages that rely on that consent.
